I've found my joy and that's making collage art. But what I create doesn't mean much until it is shared. I'm a pile of paper scraps and you are now the glue. Your interest my art will keep me challenged so I can grow as an artist, and grow this community. Why Collage? Is It Art?Everyone has some connection to collage. In my earliest memory, it involves a pot of paste, rubber cement or mucilage and a Sear's catalog. Collage is chaos and order at the same time. It's sifting and collating and world building. It's a great way to be open. I do not want to repeat or mimic the original image. I want to go in a new direction.
I'll share some other practices (that are really just play).
