Fictions as well as the Facts

From a collection of Metropolitan Museum of Art Bulletins, women charge, crawl and wander/wonder. Each in a series of three, figures of women are cut out and reduced, but not diminished! With minimum materials, all scraps are used, a reflection on women's work.

Of Something Beautiful, but Annihilating.

This series of collaged rooms draws inspiration from Sylvia Plath’s Ariel and the titles are taken from Plath’s poems. Made from lifestyle magazines, real estate ads and other commercial ephemera, these paper places challenge assumptions of comfort and fulfillment.
